Met at:  At T-R freshman year, then she invited me to sorority ‘Sadie Hawkins’ weekend – we were married for our senior year (first child came 3 years later, BTW)
Kids:  Janis Kohler Pickands – Cornell ’91 ‘03 - Veterinarian – grandson James
Eric Kohler – Clarkson ’93 – Server System Administrator at RPI – grandson Kristopher – granddaughter Keira
Animal:  Cat – ‘Snoopy’ – most out-going cat we’ve ever had – acts more like a small puppy – even walks on a leash!

Spend Time:  retired, sailing, model railroading, flight simulator, train simulator, church projects (building & grounds team), weekly produce runs for local food pantry

Interesting place visited:  Narrow-gauge railroads in Colorado (Cumbres & Toltec, Durango & Silverton) and logging railroad in W. Va. (Cass Scenic RR)
Greatest accomplishment since graduation :  raising 2 wonderful, successful children
One thing you wish you knew:  How to use a PC or a calculator (neither of which existed then…)
Favorite college memory:  Getting engaged and thrown into the river
